Play Therapy

Play Therapy

Play therapy is a non-directive technique that allows children to have the freedom to play in a lot of ways without worrying about the rules or structures. It is a very natural way to allow children to express their feelings through play. Children at all ages, adolescents, and sometimes even adults, all benefit from receiving play therapy.

I have many years of experience helping children to improve emotional adjustment capabilities, develop better social coping skills, reduce stress and anxiety, decrease maladaptive behaviors at school and at home, and develop a more positive self-concept. Each child is unique and has his or own way and deserves the best to allow growing into a healthy and happy adult. Play Therapy is for all children. I encourage all parents to learn what is it about and its benefits. Please feel free to reach out to me for more details.
